A very peaceful fish which is why it is so well suited for community tanks, zebra danios tolerate a wide range of temperatures and are a very undemanding fish.
They are aggresive swimmers but not aggresive to any fish.

Zebra danios are quite a common fish which most fishkeepers should kept at some time, they arel fun to breed and the new longfinned variety gives added interest to this little fish, recommended for community tanks and look amazing in larger groups.

Feed using a high quality flake food or froozen bloodworm, brine shrimp, small pellets

Their behavior is typical of other danios, peaceful and active. Keep them with other active fish of similar size. Some good choices are other danios, rasboras, swordtails, mollies, moons, bloodfin tetras, black tetras, sharks, gouramis, barbs, cory catfish, plecostomus catfish, and most other catfish. They do not harm smaller fish, but they can intimidate shy fish.

Provide bushy plants for hiding and an open swimming area. They are adaptable to most water conditions, and are very tolerant of cooler water.

The Leopard Danio is generally believed to be a spotted color morph of the Zebra Danio
