Please select the postage from the option below. All fish are double bagged, placed in a double walled box with Eco friendly bio degradable chips to protect them. All fish are sent with a 20 hour heatpack which will be started at 5pm on day of posting. Please make sure when arranging delivery of your fish that some one will be home to accept them.

When you have your new fish remember to float them in their new tank, while still bagged, for around 10 mins to allow them to acclimatise to the temperature. They may be a bit shy and pale at first but remember they've just spent several hours bagged and in a box.

REFUND POLICY :  In the unlikely case of DOA, please take a clear photo of the fish while still bagged and send it to me via email before 9pm that same night.

There is no reunds for fin damage during shipping. Its something that is unavoidable but luckily not too common.
